They connect patients with a dedicated team of specialists including Doctors, Pharmacists, Pharmacy Professionals and Patient Support Coordinators, All focused on finding the relief their patients deserve.

The Position -
We are seeking a driven, passionate, and confident ACT to join their growing team. This is a pivotal role in ensuring patient safety and product quality within their rapidly expanding company.
Responsibilities -
- You'll complete final checks to ensure dispensed medication are 100% accurate as per the proscription before being despatched to patients
- You'll prepare prescriptions of medical cannabis
- You'll assist the pharmacists in dispensing medical cannabis and work closely with the Patient Support Coordinators in answering questions confidently
- You'll maintain patient profiles and records with precision making sure these are kept up to date at all times
- You'll maintain inventory and make sure supplies are ordered as and when necessary
- You'll follow company policies and procedures
Ideal Personal Profile -
- GPhC registered Accuracy Checking Technician
- Completed a NVQ level 3 in Pharmacy Services
- In-depth knowledge of GPhC regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse team of stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- A meticulous and detail-oriented approach to work.
- A passion for patient safety and quality assurance.
