If you know of any registered nurse's that are looking to get some extra hours in every week then please send them our way. We offer an excellent £200 for every nurse that joins us and has worked 200 hours. If you refer more than 4 nurse's to us and they've all worked over 200 hours then you will be moved upto £300 per nurse once they have done 200 hours.
If you know any healthcare professionals that would like to do some hours with us then please send them our way. When HCA's have completed 300 hours we'll happily pass on a £100 referral fee.
We take candidate care very seriously, we wouldn't propose a candidate who was unsuitable for a position or just throw CVs at you. All healthcare candidates are carefully screened against your requirements and hold the specific healthcare skills and experience that you ask us to find. All candidates are interviewed and if someone is a great match for both your culture and skill set, we will send their profile over with detailed interview notes and set out in a way that is very easy to follow, saving you time. For example, each profile will contain all the key points, notes, interview availability, and notice period - all set out in the same way each and every time.
As mentioned to our candidates we are very proactive and due to each consultant covering their own specific geographic area we are always talking to candidates and have an active network of Healthcare professionals that we have great relationships with.
