When we started our Healthcare Recruitment team we focussed primarily on the North West of England. This expanded fast as we gained opportunities that we just couldn’t miss out on in all four corners of the UK within both the permanent & temporary market. We now cover multiple thousands of hours per week across many locations in the UK and have an ever expanding list of excellent clients. 

We now offer a Candidate Sourcing Package. Within this service we offer a one off payment or an ongoing payment in which you will tell us your recruitment needs and the numbers that you require at that time.

We then go away with the information that we have from yourselves and source, interview, (once via a phone call and again via either face to face or video call) create profiles for the very best candidates that we find, we will then collate all of the information together onto a document and get the information over to you the client.

If you have 10 positions to fill we will find you 10 active candidates that are interested in your position. Once we give the information over to you our job is complete. From then on it’s completely upto you what you do with the information and where you go with those candidates. We recommend that you act fast with the candidates that we send over as good people don’t stay free for long.

If you have an ongoing recruitment need then a monthly plan will be set up and you will recieve X amount of profiles per month for an ongoing payment.

If you know of any registered nurse's that are looking to get some extra hours in every week then please send them our way. We offer an excellent £200 for every nurse that joins us and has worked 200 hours. If you refer more than 4 nurse's to us and they've all worked over 200 hours then you will be moved upto £300 per nurse once they have done 200 hours. 

If you know any healthcare professionals that would like to do some hours with us then please send them our way. 

For Clients

We take candidate care very seriously, we wouldn't propose a candidate who was unsuitable for a position or just throw CVs at you. All healthcare candidates are carefully screened against your requirements and hold the specific healthcare skills and experience that you ask us to find. All candidates are interviewed and if someone is a great match for both your culture and skill set, we will send their profile over with detailed interview notes and set out in a way that is very easy to follow, saving you time. For example, each profile will contain all the key points, notes, interview availability, and notice period - all set out in the same way each and every time. 

As mentioned to our candidates we are very proactive and due to each consultant covering their own specific geographic area we are always talking to candidates and have an active network of Healthcare professionals that we have great relationships with.
