Quad Recruitment is currently supporting a small chain of pharmacies that are looking for a Staff Pharmacist to join them at their closed-door distribution center in Gouverneur, NY.

This facility distributes maintenance drugs out to this organization’s pharmacies. The Staff Pharmacist will be responsible for performing visual verification of prescriptions by validating prescription details for clinical and legal accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Track medication inventory by reporting stock levels and ensuring stock rotation

  • Fill prescriptions safely and accurately

  • Maintain positive relationships with patients, team members, and leadership

  • Educate and mentor pharmacy technicians to be effective team members

  • Quickly adapts to the changing demands of production while maintaining high-quality standards

  • Implements and supports continuous improvements and willingly embraces new digital tools and ways of working

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD

  • Current, unrestricted pharmacist license in the state of practice (Unless relocating)
