The Role -
Clinical Lead Pharmacist
£47,563 - £54,410 per annum
37.5 hours per week

So what will you be doing?
You will support the Head of Medicines Management and deputise where needed
Provide and cover clinical sessions as required
Client interaction in all services meeting clients to assess needs and agreeing their personalised clinical care
Attend multi-disciplinary meetings
Support dispensing of controlled and non-controlled drugs to meet the clients physical support needs
Complete Clinical assessments to help create a care plan
Review clinical records
Support and oversee trainees and students
Engage with my clients prescribers through regular and effective peer supervision
Prepare and be present for CQC inspections
Have patient care at the forefront continuously and create opportunities to improve
Attend key events and meetings to promote and develop the reputation and build relationships
So what's needed from you?
Hold a valid GPhC registration
NMP Qualification (preferred but not essential)
Experience within a similar field however not essential as training will be given
Ability to pass HMP vetting
Knowledge of controlled drug prescribing
