• Mixed Shifts – Early and Late

Are you an experienced Clinical Pharmacist looking to join a forward-thinking business in San Jose, CA?

The role is in an acute care hospital with a team of professionals who are committed and dedicated to caring for the well-being of others.

Responsibilities:

• Under the leadership of the Director of Pharmacy, you will be accountable for providing pharmaceutical care according to the policies and procedures of the hospital department

• Participate in patient medication order screening and verification

• Management of pharmacy technician staff

• Order verification and medication management

• Assist in the training of new pharmacists, technicians, students, and residents

Requirements:

• Registered pharmacist with the California State Board of Pharmacy in good standing

• B.S. or PharmD from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy

• 1 year’s experience in a clinical setting is essential
