​Long-Term Care Pharmacist – Columbus, OH

• Full-time, Permanent position

• 2nd shift – Monday to Friday 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

• Rotating Weekends – 08:00 AM – 5:30 PM

• $55.00 Per Hour

Quad Recruitment is currently representing a fantastic Long Term Care Pharmacy that provides pharmaceutical services to long-term care facilities and assisted living communities.

You will be on-site at their facility in Columbus which will be a non-patient-facing position. Successful candidates must have an active license to practice pharmacy in the state of Ohio.

Responsibilities:

•  Make sure medication is dispensed correctly and labeled

• Recommend therapy changes to physicians and client facilities staff

• Make sure the customer database is up to date with a medical history, clinical and laboratory data

• Evaluate medication orders for appropriateness of drug, dosage, potential interactions, and proper administration

• Communicate effectively with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals

• Keep track of controlled drugs for legal and stock control purposes
