​Quad is currently partnered up with a very well-known brand in the pharmacy world. Our client is looking for a Nuclear Pharmacy Manager to join them in Houston, Texas.

Our client is happy to put the right candidates through all relevant training for this role. The are looking for someone with minimum 1 years’ experience as a Pharmacist Manager.

Job Purpose:

To be involved with the preparation of radioactive materials to improve and promote health through the safe and effective use of radioactive drugs to diagnose and treat specific disease states. To support our client, deliver high quality care to their patients.

Key Accountabilities:

• Manage all operational support in compliance with company guidelines and regulations.

• Ordering, receiving, storing and controlling inventory of radioactive drugs (radiopharmaceuticals), other drugs used in nuclear medicine, and related supplies.

• Accurately prepare medications for final dispensing to the patient, including filling, order entry and packaging.

• Manages all aspects of the business including financial, recruitment, compliance and customer support.

• Properly handling hazardous chemicals and biological specimens.

• Communicating radiopharmaceutical related information to others.

• Ensuring that patients receive proper preparation before radiopharmaceutical administration and trouble – shooting unanticipated outcomes

What do you need:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Pharmacy) or PharmD

• State Pharmacist License required

• Managerial experience as a Pharmacist

• Good attention to detail and accuracy

• The ability to work as a team and motivate others
