​Quad is currently partnered up with a very well-known brand in the pharmacy world. Our client is looking for a Nuclear Pharmacy Technician to join them in Dallas, Texas.

Key Accountabilities:

• To serve as an assistant under the direct supervision of a Nuclear Pharmacist.

• Provide excellent understanding of medical terminology as well as standard practices of hygiene and drug handling.

• Prepare prescriptions by typing labels and obtain Staff Pharmacist approval.

• May perform clerical and administrative services.

• Verifying insurance coverages, obtaining any preauthorization’s needed for coverage and, in some cases, checking for possible interactions with medicines that a patient is already prescribed.

• Involved in Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly PM checks of Cyclotrons, Chemistry Modules, and QC Equipment as per the SOP’s.

What do you need:

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent

• State Pharmacy Technician license or national pharmacy technician registration/license required

• Previous experience working as a pharmacy technician in a laboratory environment

• Quality Control and documentation experience within a highly regulated environment
