I have a fantastic opening for a pharmacist to join an esteemed healthcare team. As a
pharmacist you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications
while providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service to all those that come in to contact with
• To act as the Responsible Pharmacist when required and to ensure that the principles
outlined in the DH publication ‘The Safer Management of Controlled Drugs’ (CDs)
are adhered to all times
• Clinically screening prescriptions to ensure safe, optimal and cost-effective use of
medicines ensuring all prescriptions are legal, endorsed, counted and dispensed
accurately according to local procedures and protocols
• Accuracy checking of any dispensed medicines and investigate any errors
• Support the team in the delivery of their duties, providing leadership, coaching and
support
• Be an active team member in relation to seeing and implementing improvement
opportunities and solving day-to-day operational issue
