My client is a well established regional chain of community pharmacies who have a fantastic reputation throughout the North West.

This store has a well established team already in place and consists of -

• Clinical Lead Pharmacist
• ACT
• A team of Dispensers
• Apprentice's
• Community Drivers

Not only will you get support from the above, you'll also be extremely well supported from senior management.

Duties -

• Ensure the store is operating as per company guidelines, legal requirements and protocols
• Proactively manage store team members by leading from the front and build solid relationships
• Build and maintain 3rd party professional relationships
• Provide fantastic pharmaceutical knowledge to patients
• Capture opportunities to improve the business and proactively drive stores performance
