This would be an excellent position for someone with 18 months / 2 years’ experience within recruitment that is now looking to join a company that can support them throughout their career and offer them the chance to earn an excellent living whilst doing it.
This is a growing sector for this client and they’re having huge success in it. You would be recruiting for mid / senior level roles with salaries ranging from $40K - $200K. Knowledge of this sector is not necessary but would be helpful.
You will join an existing team and be given all the help you require to become a successful recruiter within the team and start earning the top commission that this company pays.
This client is a global business with offices in the UK, US, Singapore, Amsterdam and other locations. They have achieved this in a small number of years completely down to organic growth due to the top-flight recruitment that they offer their clients.
This company has a huge budget for internal entertainment, they understand the value of a happy and appreciated workforce and are keen to spend plenty of money to achieve this.
This is a company that likes to get out and meet their clients/candidates. If you’re after a company where you spend your whole time sat at you desk dialing your phone, then this isn’t for you. You’ll be out a few times per week meeting the people that you’re working with and really building those relationships.
