Company Description

As a Care Practitioner, you’d be joining one of the biggest care companies in the entire country. With site’s all over the UK for all ages and a range of disabilities and needs. The Role

As a Care Practitioner, you will be working with either children or adults; depending on the home (there are two possible sites). You’d be responsible for the practice of care for the Service Users and ensure that physically, intellectually, socially and emotionally their needs are catered for.

For the care of each SU to be of the highest standard you’d have to take the time and effort to really get to know them and know their likes, dislikes, medical needs, family structure and the deep nature of their learning difficulty.

You would liaise with the wider team and really be part of our little family, the main goal for us is to ensure the quality of life for everyone within the company is looked after.

Qualifications and Skills

There are no qualifications or skills needed for this role, although of course we would love it if you had them.

The main attributes are someone who wants a career in care, to undertake qualifications and to really care about people. This isn’t just a job where you turn up, do a bit, then go home. You are directly responsible for the care of another person and how you approach your work will have an impact on their daily life and development.

The salary is up to £17,362 depending on experience. If you are commuting in from over 20 miles away, you have access to travel allowance of £15 per week towards your travel (more if you are coming in from further away). All training and courses are paid for by us and you will be working alongside some of the best and most respected professionals in our industry.
