As the Customer Care Advisor you will be responsible for managing inbound quieries regarding sports products that have been purchased. You will be using functions such as Live Chat, answering inbound calls and emails as required.
The customer is 'King' (or Queen!) so making sure that they are going away happy and with a good experience.
You would be required to work on different shifts and rota's however these are obviously done fairly and across the team. Shifts are 1/4 weekends (sometimes 2/4 depending on holidays etc) per month.
Qualifications and Skills
An excellent telephone mannor and showing great empathy for customer quieries and complaints is key. Being able to work in a fast paced environment is paramount, they pride themselves on giving the fastest possible response time to customers whichever route they wish to contact them on.
Being a brand champion is essential and putting the customers first is a key mantra for this company; they want to be known for the excellence they give their customers every single time. You need to be adept at administrative duties such as logging notes on customers.
