One of the most personable, nationally recognised care providers in the healthcare industry are looking to give the opportunity of a lifetime to a Level 3 holder with experience in management the chance to become a Registered Manager in one of their homes in Exeter.
All service users and staff are extremely well looked after, with all qualifications funded by the company. They are affiliated with their own training provider and have regular training days as well as full qualifications.
The Role
As Registered Manager, you will have full power and responsibility to shape the service how you choose. You will be leading the service and provide clear and structures day to day leadership, management and support of the team.
You will receive continuous personal development and be provided with your Level 5 Leadership and Management award (should you need it).
The home itself has service users who have a range of needs that you would be looking after, ranging from Challenging Behaviour, Autism, Anxiety Disorders and Psychosis. Your role will be challenging but extremely fulfilling and the progression opportunities are endless. The age range of the home is adults, from 18 to 50 in range and a mix of genders.
Qualifications and Skills
It is essential that you have at least your Level 3 Diploma or NVQ in healthcare and have experience in managing people, training and development. This position would suit somebody who has management responsibilities but is wanting their Level 5 Management course as well as continuous development.

Your salary is £20,000 - £25,000 depending on experience and background, with a pension scheme of 3%.
You’d be joining a company that is so invested in their staff and service users that they are partners with a training provider to continuously develop their staff. They regularly do autism fundraisers with all proceeds being spent on the SU’s for anything they require, such as iPads, day trips and equipment.
