Medicines Management Technician for one of the UK’s leading Private clinical healthcare companies
Start Date: ASAP
Length of Contract: Permanent/Temp to Perm
Hours: Full Time Monday to Friday 40 hours (Flexible)
Working Pattern: Weekdays between Monday & Friday
Salary: £Neg


Work for one of the leading Clinical Healthcare providers in the UK! our Client is currently looking to employ a Medicines Management Technician on a Full time basis.
Skills and Experience Required:
  • Min 2 years experience working as a Clinical Pharmacy Technician
  • GPHC Registration
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • The role will involve counselling patients effectively on queries relating to their medication, regarding product quality complaints in line with internal process and pharma requirements

  • Another part of your day will be handling patient queries regarding travelling with medication in line with stability information provided

  • You will be required to efficiently handle issues or complaints within scope of training, and you will need to escalate issues where needed in line with departmental procedures

  • When required you will need to support the handling of the emergency prescription process in line with the GPhC requirements

  • You will participate in the coding and investigation of patient safety incidents via the CRM system for reporting.
