Company Description

We have been established since 2015 and already we have had 3 office moves and now sit nicely in a brand-new office on the Chester Business Park.

As a company, we are as far from ‘corporate’ as you could imagine, we are relaxed, laid back and very much let peoples’ personalities thrive. There are no crazy KPI’s or Performance Management and we very much like to generate an ‘empowered’ environment.

Our main markets are Recruitment to Recruitment (Rec2Rec) and Healthcare, we have some amazing clients already in these areas, and have heavily invested in our Healthcare division and are now reaping the rewards. We have an IT desk that is in its infancy too, so if you are an IT Recruiter or have an IT background then this could be the desk for you.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you would be required to be ’360’ this means doing Business Development and Sourcing your candidates for ‘New Business’ that you bring on.

We are recruiting over all divisions, so Healthcare and Rec2Rec as a main, but if you have IT experience then taking the IT desk and making it your own is an option too.

We didn’t kill the last consultant or kick them out the door to create these roles! The roles are available because of growth.

Qualifications and Skills

Let’s be fair, it doesn’t matter what anyone says, Recruitment IS a sales position and you do go through your share of “no’s” on the phone; Recruitment is challenging but rewarding.

You would be tenacious, driven and resilient – The word ‘money hungry’ makes us cringe a little bit, but it’s true, you need to be driven by earnings and in recruitment there is a lot of money to be earned. In your first year, you can comfortably achieve an extra £1,000 - £3000 per month in bonus.

Your salary IS depending on experience with pay rises upon milestones reached (we won’t move the goal posts I promise). Your ‘On Target Earnings’ or OTE as its known would be set at a very achieviable figure that we really do think you'll hit.  – This is uncapped so by all means feel free to earn more!

We offer gym membership, achievers lunch, a yearly bonus if your yearly target has been earned and a 20% commission structure.

There flexible working hours, within reason of course, for example, one of our consultant’s coaches football and loves it, so we help to accommodate that and he works hours around football on the day’s he coaches (we’re nice like that).

There are 31 days’ holiday per year and we also give you the day off on your birthday, which is always nice. The dress code is smart casual in the office unless you’re off to meet a client.   

We offer FREE parking, this might not sound like much but if you work in Chester Centre you know that this is basically the best perk on earth. No paying £5 a day to park or parking 3 hours away from the office and walking in.

Our consultants are currently going through the Level 3 in Recruitment at the moment too, so further training and qualifications are something that we are mega hot on.
