We encourage all pupils to be as independent as possible, whilst learning appropriate skills and of course, having as much fun as they can with trips and activities throughout their childhood and teens. 
All homes are run by dedicated teams of committed & experienced residential support worker's who make care, nurture and happiness a priority for each child.

Your Role.

We have a fantastic training package and support structure for keen individuals like yourself to embark on this highly rewarding, exciting career as a residential support worker
You'll be providing support for day-to-day living, such as social activities, sports, and hobbies etc. We have a very active service where we encourage to promote the independence of our children. You will provide support for all pupils with learning disabilities including autistic spectrum conditions, mental health needs, challenging behaviour. The people we support live in homely, family-like residences, and are encouraged to participate fully in the local community whilst continuing with their education. 

Your mains duties.
We can offer monthly travel allowance, training and career progression, free meals, and parking, uniform, pension, life insurance, yearly loyalty bonus and a generous 6.6 weeks’ holiday entitlement.
working on average 45½ hour week, 2 days on, 2 days off (07:00-21:00) on a rolling rota basis which includes weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications and Skills.
You will work towards your level 3 NVQ in health and social care, children, and young people’s qualification. If you already have this, FANTASTIC! You can be considering for a more senior role, and your level 5 NVQ leadership and management as soon as you are comfortable.
