Our company works directly with the NHS for extensive and very interesting studies into complex care for adults.
We are specialists in our sector for people with Autism. This is reflected in our involvement in NHS studies.
We provide the highest level of care and attend to the needs of individuals with an Autism Spectrum Disorder and related conditions.
As a Support Worker, you will be tasked with the care of adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related conditions. You will be ensuring that the day to day care of these superstars is of the highest possible level.
You will have responsibility for care plans, assessments, and reports to assist the Deputy Service Manager.
You will work with key internal and external working partners such as services managers, carers, families, and the local council.
Your mains duties:
To provide a safe, friendly and encouraging working environment. Our residents do like to get out and about so we provide a daily allowance to fund trips into town and other activities.
Sometimes you may spend more time in the house than outside. Challenging behaviour can occur; however, you will be fully trained and have full support to de-escalate all scenarios.
We are a very close knit team, and pride ourselves on the homely and very approachable environment we have created.
Days and night shifts covering 37.5 hours per week
Qualifications and Skills.
Experience in working with vulnerable adults is absolutely essential for this role and having experience of working with ‘challenging behaviour’ is preferable however is it not essential.
There are no qualifications that are needed for this role as training & qualifications are provided by the company at no cost to yourself.

The salary is £8.10 per hour and all of the training and qualifications are fully funded. You would be put through your NVQ’s & Diplomas, the cost of which is met by the company.
