Clinical Pharmacist - Coventry (GP Setting)

We’re seeking a skilled Independent Prescribing Clinical Pharmacist to play a key role in delivering high-quality care within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
Salary:
Up to £35ph
Working Hours:
Mon-Fri 8:30-6 (closed between 1-2)
What You'll Do
- See & treat patients with minor/common illnesses
- Conduct clinical medication reviews and manage chronic conditions
- Support safer prescribing, repeat prescriptions, and medicines reconciliation
- Lead on prescription systems and contribute to practice audits and QoF improvement
What We're Looking For
- Independent Prescriber (essential – do not apply without this)
- Experience in managing minor illness (essential)
- GPhC registered with at least 2 years' post-qualification experience
- Ideally experienced in primary care and familiar with NHS pathways
