The Role -
Clinical Pharmacist
£40,000 - £45,000 per annum
40 hours per week
Remove working - South Yorkshire

So what will you be doing?
This is a truly unique role as a clinical pharmacist and each day will be different. You will be visiting independent healthcare providers and completing the following -
Attend allocated site visits
Build and maintain effective communication with patients and 3rd party network
Perform site audits and report back
Work alongside and offer advice to other HCP - doctors, nurses, psychologist
Provide clinical training seminars and updates on pharmaceutical related changes
Work as part of a multi professional team
Attend and participate in professional meetings (medicine management and ward rounds)
What are we looking for?
Be registered on the GPhC register
Candidates from community or clinical settings
1 year post qualification
The ability to be independent and be able to manage your time effectively
Commitment to learn and develop clinical knowledge
UK Full driving license is essential
Ability to work within mental health and or palliative care environment (desirable but not essential)
