Quad Recruitment are currently seeking to employ a part time Finance Administrator to join our leading Pharmacy recruitment organisation based in Chester. We currently specialise in Pharmacy recruitment within the U.K and are in the process of developing our U.S.A division. We host a team of talented Recruitment Consultants who find the best Pharmacy Professionals for our market leading Pharmacy clients.

The role as a Finance Administrator is a permanent position with the opportunity for flexibility within your working schedule. A minimum of 24 hours a week would need to be worked in order to be considered for this position.

Purpose of the Position:

  • To work closely with Management to complete all temporary payroll each week

  • To work closely with company accountants

  • Invoice clients on the appropriate date

  • General Finance Administration duties

  • To pay good attention to Xero and ensure it always stays updated

  • Update Dext regularly

  • Handle all things HMRC (PAYE, VAT and Corp Tax)

Required Skills:

  • Great communication skills to all levels within the business

  • Have previous experience working with Xero an Dext

  • Have previous experience in handing payroll (within recruitment would be desirable)

  • Strong academic background

  • Be organised and passionate with a can-do attitude

About the Role:

  • £22,000-£25,000 DOE pro rata

  • Fixed Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday Minimum of 24 hours worked each week with flexible working times. (We all naturally work from 9am-5:30pm however flexibility can be granted around life circumstances)

  • Reporting directly to the Director and Head of People

  • 17 days annual leave plus bank holidays
