As a Recruitment Consultant for us you will be working for a company with over 5 years in the market who have experienced double digit growth and turning over 7 figures per year. The market is within Tech and Finance and the average fees are £8,000 per placement on the permanent side. No company focuses on their consultants and team more than us, with over £40,000 set aside for internal and external training you will be at the top of your recruitment game, always. The offices are brand new and a stone’s throw away from the closest train station.
You would be joining a company that is well known in their industry and building out your desk and market. The desk you’d build out would be warm, in terms of they have lapsed clients, archived roles, huge database and plus clients are aware of the company, so adding this to your Business Development flair means that you’d not be starting from stone cold but you’d not have roles to work on from day one. Once you prove your hunger and drive you’ll be given one or two roles to get your teeth into.
Qualifications and Skills
Ideally you’d have 12+ months’ experience within IT or Finance recruiting however if you are a recruiter within another sector and have Business Developed before then we would love to hear from you.
Attitude is the main trait here as even if your recruitment experience and sector don’t closely match the sector that we work in, the training is that good you’ll be up and running in no time.

Well, the salary is dependent on experience and your personal performance but £20,000 - £30,000 is what you can look to achieve with a commission structure up to 40%.
The biggest thing that consultants love about us is that there is a huge £40,000 in the budget for training, so if there is anything that takes your fancy then all you do is ask and if its relevant then you’ll have it paid for you.
All the normal good stuff like achiever’s lunches, incentives and trips are included and there aren’t any crazy KPI’s or managers looking over your shoulder.
Progression is easily tracked and you get pay rises and promotions based on milestones that you hit, it’s as easy as that.
