As a specialist within the niche of CRM this company has clients from all shapes and sizes that they recruit for and with these companies the margins for each role are very handsome. You would be joining a company that is rapidly growing for owners who know a thing or two about creating a very lucrative and valuable recruitment consultancy firm within IT. They believe in a reward and recognition culture with the team recently returning from an all-expenses paid trip to Barcelona and the high flying recruiters are always looked after.
This is an IT Role for a German Speaker who has the aspirations to help build their presence over in Germany, having already built out their reputation in the UK and the US the next market that they are looking at dominating is the German market.
You would be working on roles and building your desk out in Germany with the view to opening an office there and running that! If that isn’t your thing and you want to stay based in London than that’s fine too, you would have autonomy.
Qualifications and Skills
Obviously you’d be fluent in German for this role as you’d be using the language on a daily basis. Business Development skills are essential, you would be winning business and filling roles, so success as a 360 consultant is a must. Over 12 months’ experience in IT Recruitment would be advantageous however if you are performing highly and have over 9 months experience we would love to speak to you.

The salary is really depending on experience and your performance but you’d be paid an excellent, above market rate salary. They believe in being the best, having the best and paying the best salaries.
Your commission structure here is uncapped, no threshold and upto 30%. The average fee that the guys in the office you’d be joining are hitting is £14,000 per placement so 2 placements a month and you’d be gaining commission on £336,000 billings per year.
Trips and achiever’s lunches are commonplace here with monthly and quarterly incentives.
