Quad Recruitment are currently supporting a Private Hospital based in the Maidstone area. I am currently looking for a lead clinical pharmacist for the role. If you are looking to work somewhere where you will be in charge of a great team, then this is not to be missed.

Job Description:

Working in the clinical pharmacy in the hospital, you will be a crucial part of the team. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

· Lead in medication safety. This includes presenting a monthly medication safety seminar to clinical staff as part of the clinical critical training program.

· Assist the Pharmacy Manager with the review and development of department standard operating procedures and guidelines to ensure a high standard of work is maintained.

· Deputize for the pharmacy manager in their absence. Management development will be provided.

· Lead in medication management and medicines optimization

Requirements:

· Have an active license with the GPhC

· Must have experience in the clinical sector and in a hospital.

· Ability to work on your own initiative.

· Excellent leader and great team building skills.

· Demonstrate ability to build credibility with key stakeholders including senior management, Consultants and other external bodies.
