Amongst the knowledge you will gain from working with specialist healthcare ailments, you will also have the opportunity to contribute your professional judgment in, medicine management meetings and completing ward rounds. The Role: Lead Pharmacist in Quality Assurance and Education in the South
You’ll be required to:

• Set audits for Clinical pharmacists to complete If standards aren’t met to satisfactory standards, then it would be your responsibility to complete the audit and feedback effectively during the management meetings.

• Manage your own team of Clinical Pharmacists

• Attend site visits and make yourself available for any professional questions to further share your knowledge.

• To attend courses specific to your role to further your knowledge.

What I need from you:

• 5 years post qualification

• Clinical experience

• 3 years experience in management

• Registered with the GPhC

• UK driving licence

• Being able to work in a palliative care environment.

Desirable:

• Palliative care experience

• Mental health experience

• Evidence of Quality Assurance / Education experience
