Pharmacist Manager Opportunity Up to £60,000 + Excellent Benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced pharmacist manager to join our clients team. As pharmacy manager you will oversee all aspects of their busy community pharmacy dispensing over 9,000 month.
This full time role offers:
- Salary up to £60,000 per annum
- 40 hours per week
- Independent Prescribing and Tier 2 support services provided
- Competitive bonus structure
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (option to buy/sell)

As the pharmacy manager your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, training and supporting the pharmacy team
- Ensuring excellence in patient care and pharmacy services
- Meeting KPIs and targets
- Stock management and cost control
- Adhering to all legal, professional and regulatory requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- A GPhC registration pin
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
- Strong commercial acumen
- A passion for delivering high quality, patient-focused pharmacy services
