​Quad recruitment have partnered up with a global biotech company who are currently recruiting a Quality Control Scientist to be based within their London Site.

This global brand specialist within the cell and gene therapy.

This is a role for a scientist who is really wanting to develop their skills and work for a company where opportunities are endless.

Requirements for this role -

• Bachelor or Degree within Chemistry OR Biochemistry with a minimum of 12 months experience within industry

• Previous experience within a Laboratory setting along with experience and knowledge of CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice)

• Knowledge of analytical systems to include, HPLC & PCR

• Fantastic Pipetting Skills

• Strong Methodical, Analytical and Communication skills

• Right to work within the UK

Key Responsibilities -

• Conduct Quality Control analytical operations in line with companies standard operational procedures

• Responsible for testing of gene therapy materials making sure that guidelines are met in accordance with deadlines

• Review data found on testing and able to communicate this data effectively

• Train team members and be a team player within the QC team

• Conduct test samples for In-Process, Lot Release and Stability studies.
