Job description

Lets talk residents:

We have a wonderful bunch of residents who all have different dislikes and likes. The one thing that ties them all together is- Autism. Autism is a bright spectrum which presents itself on every single person differently.

Age range is between 19-60 and all have different hobbies of their own which you would accompany them to do. Activities such as swimming, rock climbing, hiking, pub lunches and coffee morning at costa will become the normal routine as providing independence is vital.

You need:
  • Compassion, patience and to be understanding

  • Have previously worked with Autism is desired but not essential

  • Experience working with challenging behaviour is desired but not essential
