As a Support Worker you will be working for an immediately recognised and respected national company, who have a presence all over the UK. As a Support Worker you will be tasked for the care of adults who have Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI) and you would be ensuring that the day to day care of these superstars are of the highest possible level. You will be given a daily budget to put towards trips and activities and you will have responsibility over care plans, assessments and reports to assist your team leader in making the best possible environment and experience for our superstars.
Qualifications and Skills
Your personality and attitude are key here, don’t have experience working within a care environment? That’s totally fine, you will get all the training you need! Being a Support Worker is all about your enthusiasm and genuine passion for helping people; this is much more than just a job. You are directly impacting these superstars’ lives and you have to be energetic and enthusiastic at all times to make their experience and day to day as enjoyable as possible. You have to work well as a team, you care team is your extended family and your charges are also a big part of this family. Having to communicates at different levels of seniority and personality is a daily practice here.

As a Support Worker your salary would £8.48 per hour, so if you are working 40 hours per week this is equates to £339.20 per week.
