We have two purpose built homes by East Grinstead. Each Home specialises in providing care for adults with complex needs. Our second home provides care for ten adults with acquired brain injury and neurological conditions for young adults with learning and physical disabilities.

In our main site, we specialise in four specific sectors ranging from Learning disabilities with adults and children to Neurological care and plaintive care. We even have two schools, a privet hospital, and our very own academy.
You will be expected to care for your clients and maintain an excellent professional standard.
You will be attending regular staff meetings in order to better the living conditions of our residents. You will help care for the physical needs of your clients and help them with their day to day activities.
We want all of our residents to live the life they want to live in the best possible way.
Your mains duties:
Assist with therapeutic programmes designed to enhance the service user’s physical wellbeing and social development.
Help in the promotion of mental and physical activity of service users through talking with them, taking them out, sharing in a wide range of activities.
Make and change beds, tidy rooms and carrying out cleaning as required.
Inspect, launder and mend service users clothing.
Set tables and trays, serve meals and support service users who need help with eating.
Prepare meals and wash up as required, tidy and clear the dining room or supervise service users in these tasks.
Answer the door and telephone, and greet visitors.
Read and write reports, take part in staff and service users meetings and in training activities as required by the Registered Manager. Assist service users who need help with dressing, undressing, bathing and using the toilet.
Qualifications and Skills
We require compassionate, thoughtful staff members like yourself. If you have a kind heart, a willing to make your service users feel cared for then we would love to hear from you. We want people who have the ambition to progress their career and climb the promotion ladder. Senior positions require a level 3 NVQ in health and social care and I would also love to hear from you.
