We can accommodate 34 service users. Our home, which has been fantastically adapted to provide single or shared rooms, which have en-suite facilities. The home is set in our attractive gardens and located just on the outskirts of Horsham. Commuting is extremely easy. We are just minutes away from all shops and bus routes and the station. The house has a beautiful lounge with doors opening onto the gardens and a ground floor activity unit.
To share with the other staff in meeting the personal care needs of service users in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence.
To help in the care of the service user’s physical environment and in the general day to day activities of the home. To aid our residents in living the life they want to live.
Assist with therapeutic programmes designed to enhance the service user’s physical wellbeing and social development.
Help in the promotion of mental and physical activity of service users through talking with them, taking them out, sharing in a wide range of activities.
Make and change beds, tidy rooms and carrying out cleaning as required.
Qualifications and Skills
We require compassionate, thoughtful staff members like yourself. If you have a kind heart, a willing to make your service users feel cared for then we would love to hear from you. We want people who have the ambition to progress their career and climb the promotion ladder. Senior positions require a level 3 NVQ in health and social care and I would also love to hear from you.

Double pay on Bank Holidays
An extra 50p per hour for weekend work
We, of course, pay for your uniform.
To participate in the system of supervision and appraisal. To attend two mandatory training sessions per annum on Fire, COSHH, Infection Control and Manual Handling. To work flexible hours in line with needs of service users
The option to progress with your career and complete NVQ’s and Diplomas.
