This is a great opportunity for experienced recruiters (6 months onwards) to join a up and coming brand that currently has two offices. This is going to be a warm desk working within a non KPI-ed environment, working up to 30% commission with no threshold.

With a team of 28 billers this Client is looking for experienced 360 consultants to join this successful team with the potential to lead a team in the nearby future.

 

The Role

 

·         360 recruitment consultant role- this is very much a candidate lead market

·         Ensures team delivers high quality client and candidate experience

·         Driving KPIs (both activity based and financial), with view to maximising sales

·         Set client development plans, ensuring there is a balanced distribution of clients

·         Demonstrable evidence of winning new accounts and developing existing accounts

·         Client development, relationship-building, maximising new business opportunities
