The company has over 30 years’ experience within the Construction Sector, with a huge database of clients and contacts that use us a preferred supplier for their roles. The ethos and philosophy of the company is very much that of being a close knit team where everybody chips in and looks after one another; in turn they are looked after by the company who take the team on trips every Quarter and for lunches frequently for great performance.
Your role of Construction Recruitment Consultant would be within White Collar and you’d be a full 360 recruiter responsible for your own desk. The owners of the business are advocates of consultation, when you meet with them you will have a chat over your ideas and business plan and if it fits with white collar then they will run with it and give you all the tools necessary.
They have a very successful team of Temp recruiters who will introduce you to their clients for permanent roles as well as you taking on any permanent white collar roles that they have live at the moment whilst you’re building your empire! Their database is bursting with clients just waiting to give permanent roles to you and the earning potential is through the roof as you would be the pioneer White Collar Permanent consultant in the business.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience of working in White Collar Recruitment is pretty much essential, obviously construction is preferred but engineering is also a background that would be considered!
A very driven personality who is motivated by success and billings would usually go without saying, but you’d be surprised at how many people just plod along and want to be account managers. Business Development here is certainly not from a standing start so you’d quickly build a desk and start billing immediately but if you want to rest on your laurels then you won’t be maximising your potential here.

You’d be going on trips away, director’s lunches and be subjected to regular reward and recognition! As I said, its very team orientated so say there was a month where you were just short of your target but the team smashed it out the park, you won’t be left out in the cold, like most places would leave you! Next month these guys are off to Germany all expenses paid to watch some football.
