The role

Your position as Domiciliary Care Manager will require you to independently build a project from scratch and structure it how you see fit, for the care of people with learning disabilities and mental health needs. The area you will be building the project in is based in Old Colwyn with a view of opening a new office in Mold.

You will register with the CSSIW as a registered care manager and thereafter manage the running of your project in line with CSSIW regulations and procedures.

You would be travelling between the areas of Old Colwyn and Wrexham and be responsible for increasing the hours of current clients through recruitment and management of care workers; you’d be responsible for assisting in their development and career enhancement.

This role is perfect for somebody that wants to build something and have full autonomy of a project; growing and nurturing it to see its full potential.

Qualifications and Skills

The successful Domiciliary Care Manager could come from the following backgrounds:

You could be a Registered Care Manager with Domiciliary Care experience or background

You could be a Manager with a wealth of experience and hold an NVQ Level 4 Management

OR

You could be a current deputy with limited management responsibilities but hold a Level 5 Management Qualification and be looking for your step up into a full Management position.

As you would be out on the road and travelling it is essential that you have a full driving licence.
