Company Description
As a specialist within the niche of CRM this company has clients from all shapes and sizes that they recruit for and with these companies the margins for each role are very handsome. 

You would be joining a company that is rapidly growing for owners who know a thing or two about creating a very lucrative and valuable recruitment consultancy firm within IT.

The Role
This is a full 360 role and there is an emphasis on Business Development, as there is with all recruitment positions. You would have full access to a very handsomely sized CRM and many clients or potential clients are warmed up. When you start you will be given a role or two to get your teeth into whilst you build your own client base and get your own desk up and running. 

The companies presence within their market in New York is already well established and they are already working with some huge names within the IT space.

You’d have access to all the major job boards as well as contact in the office with some of the best IT recruiters in the industry which will really take your recruiting to the next level. 

Qualifications and Skills
This is an IT Recruitment Consultant position so preferably you would have an IT background within SAP, CRM, Salesforce or HCM however any other IT vertical would be excellent. If you have over 12 months’ experience within another sector where you have actively Business Developed successfully. 

You would be very proactive and want to maximise your earnings; the team here are high flying and very ambitious so you would need to match that for a comfortable team fit.

Your commission structure here is uncapped, no threshold and upto 30%. The average fee that the guys in the office you’d be joining are hitting is $24,000 per placement so 2 placements a month and you’d be gaining commission on on over $500,000 billings per year. 

Trips and achiever’s lunches are commonplace here with monthly and quarterly incentives.
