Quad Recruitment is currently partnered with a very reputable retailer who are looking for full-time Pharmacy Technicians to join them at their corporate office in Issaquah, WA.
Contract Pharmacy Technician - Issaquah, WA
- $18.50 - $25.50 (Depends on your experience)
- Full Training - 6 - 12 weeks
- 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday to Friday for Training
- 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM after training
- Preferred to be Licensed Pharmacy Technicians
- Ongoing Contract
- Temp to Hire
This position is non patient facing, you will be working in a office enviroment. The Pharmacy Technician answers telephone calls, emails, and chats to provide customer support for this businesses Online and Mail Order Pharmacies in a friendly and efficient manner.
Answers approximately 80-100 phone calls/emails/chats per day in response to questions and provides information to members in a prompt and courteous manner.
Answers general calls to assist members with questions or problems regarding membership, products, services, and warehouses using computer database files.
Communicates with prescribers and patients, updates member records, and provides information to members regarding prescription status to the extent allowable by state law.
Maintains patient account information and places prescription orders using the pharmacy system to the extent allowable by state law.
