Responsibilities:
- You will be working with subordinate managers and sales staff to evaluate monthly P & L and formulate strategies to improve performance
- Establish and implement short-and-long term goals and ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory policies
- Hire, coach, mentor, lead and develop staff, performing performance appraisals and taking disciplinary action when necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (Doctor of Pharmacy preferred)
- Current and unrestricted pharmacist license in state of employment
- 5+ years of prior management experience
- 3+ years of previous home infusion experience
