We are currently partnered with one of the nations leading Home infusion pharmacies who are looking for a Pharmacist to join them at their facility in Syracuse, NY.
Home Infusion Pharmacist – Syracuse, NY
- $120,000 - $140,000 DOE
- 40 hours a week – 8:00am- 4:30pm
- Monday – Friday
- NO WEEKENDS
- Full training provided

Successful candidates must live a commutable distance from this facility in
Syracuse as this role is an on-site position.
Position Summary:
- The Pharmacist will work with providers, calling the patients themselves, or do clinical reviews, you will be an integral cog in the continuum of care the patient receives.
- Successful Candidates:
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (Doctor of Pharmacy or a Master of Science degree in Pharmacy desirable) from an accredited college of pharmacy.
- Current license as a registered pharmacist in state of employment.
- Experience in Home Infusion is preferred but not essential
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates ethical pharmacy practice and ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures, state and federal pharmacy rules and regulations, professional practice standards, and accrediting entitles.
- Assesses laboratory results and performs pharmacokinetic dosing.
- Performs accurate prescription order entry to ensure medications are properly concentrated, without incompatibilities, stable and properly stored.
