Quad Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Pharmacist In Charge to join a leading specialty pharmacy in Inglewood, CA. This organization is renowned for its record in providing excellent home infusion, and specialty compounding pharmacy services.
We are looking for a Clinical Pharmacist with PIC experience who is knowledgeable in various Specialty and infusion-related Therapies. If you are looking to join an organization that promotes internal progression, this is it.
Responsibilities:
- Providing expert clinical support to patients, the sales team, physicians, nurses, nursing agencies, and referral sources. You will need a deep understanding of a wide range of IV infusion therapies and specialty medications in order to answer questions, troubleshoot problems, and provide guidance on the best course of treatment for each patient.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards including State Board of Pharmacy, ACHC, FDA, DEA, OSHA, URAC, and all department policies and procedures.
- Ensure the pharmacy clean rooms meet 797/800 requirements, and comply with State Board of Pharmacy, Federal, and company policy.
- Ensure the safety and quality of compounded sterile and hazardous medications by overseeing all compounding personnel and ensuring their adherence to established guidelines and regulations.
- Collaborate with the compliance department to ensure that all new and implemented clinical programs, quality assurance, performance improvement, and compliance programs meet all regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
- Registered Pharmacist license in good standing in the State of CA
- Previous experience a Pharmacist-In-Charge
- Previous experience in Home Infusion / Speciality Pharmacy
