Responsibilities:
- Dispense medications safely and accurately
- Counsel patients on their medications
- Provide vaccinations
- Answer customer questions about medications
- Resolve medication-related issues
- Stay up-to-date on the latest drug information
- Participate in continuing education activities
Requirements:
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree
- Virginia pharmacist license
- 2+ years of experience in a retail setting (Preferred)
- Strong clinical and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
