- $10,000 Sign on Bonus
- Monday – Friday 9 AM – 6 PM (Every other Saturday 9 AM – 1 PM)
- Well Staffed Pharmacy ( 4 Technicians and a Float Pharmacist)
- Store does 1200 per week
We are currently looking for a Pharmacist in Charge to join a small family-owned pharmacy in Savanna, IL. If you are looking to join an organization that values its staff, this is it. As the PIC you will be responsible for the overall operation of the pharmacy and the safety of the patients it serves.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the dispensing of medications: The PIC is responsible for ensuring that all medication is dispensed accurately and safely. This includes reviewing prescriptions for accuracy, checking for drug interactions, and counseling patients on the proper use of their medications.
- Supervising pharmacy staff: The PIC is responsible for supervising all pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and clerical staff. This includes providing training, monitoring performance, and ensuring that all staff members are following pharmacy policies and procedures.
- Maintaining inventory: The PIC is responsible for maintaining the pharmacy's inventory of medications and supplies. This includes ordering new products, tracking inventory levels, and ensuring that all products are properly stored.
- Complying with regulations: The PIC is responsible for ensuring that the pharmacy complies with all applicable state and federal regulations. This includes maintaining accurate records, conducting regular inspections, and reporting any adverse drug events.
- Providing patient care services: The PIC is also responsible for providing patient care services, such as immunizations, health screenings, and medication counseling.

Requirements:
- Must have obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy D.
- Must have experience/background in retail pharmacy
- Valid pharmacist license which must be in good standing
