We welcomed Olivia into our team after she chose Quad Recruitment to start her recruitment career. From a previous background in weddings and lettings, Olivia is ready and excited to start her career with us.
Below she's answered some NEED TO KNOW questions to allow you to get to know our newbie.
What made you choose recruitment?
I chose recruitment because it’s something completely different to what I have done previously and my passion is helping people, I love seeing other people succeed.
What’s your favourite quote?
One of my all-time favourite quotes has to be 'treat others how you would like to treated'. It is important to always be kind.
Tell me something interesting about yourself?
Something interesting about me is that I know a lot of song lyrics. I can sing a lot of songs that I somehow managed to memorise the lyrics!
What do you like to do in your spare time?
In my spare time I absolutely love trying new restaurants, shopping, travelling aboard and exploring new places with my boyfriend. I love taking my dog Charlie out for walks and anywhere else he is allowed and I also love spending time with my friends and family.
If you could only have one food for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?
If KFC was healthy and you could live off it, I would live off it.
Before working at Quad Recruitment, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?
Before working at Quad, I worked at a beautiful wedding venue where I and the team would look after a wedding from start to finish. It was amazing to be a part of a couple’s special day and be able to give them a day to remember.
If Hollywood made a movie about your life, who would you like to see cast as you?
I am obsessed with Harry Potter and I love Emma Watson. She is an amazing actress whom I’d like to see cast as me if my life was a movie.
What's your go-to drink?
My go-to drink is an amaretto sour, however, I cannot drink to save my life!
