Pharmacist – Outpatients Department | Yorkshire
£25 per hour | 42 hours per week | Monday to Friday, 08:30–19:00 (negotiable)
Are you a patient-focused Pharmacist looking to expand your clinical skills in a hospital setting? We’re working with a leading UK pharmacy group to recruit a Pharmacist for a position within the Outpatients Department at a hospital in Yorkshire.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Dispense prescription medications accurately and in line with all legal and ethical requirements
Provide expert advice and counselling to patients, helping them get the best from their medication
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal treatment outcomes
Maintain accurate patient records and oversee pharmacy inventory
Support over-the-counter queries and offer healthcare product recommendations
Who We’re Looking For:
GPhC-registered Pharmacist
Previous experience in a hospital or outpatient setting is preferred, but not essential
Passion for delivering high-quality patient care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and within a team
