Pharmacist - Community Setting
Scunthorpe area
Up to £27ph
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 am – 6:00 pm.
We’re working with a well-established pharmacy group to recruit an experienced Pharmacist for their community branch in Scunthorpe.
This pharmacy is located on a busy high street and has two nearby pharmacies that collaborate when needed. The patient base is varied, including a small number of methadone patients and care home MDS trays.
The pharmacy dispenses around 1,600 items per week and provides a wide range of services, including NMS, Pharmacy First, flu and COVID vaccinations, and contraception. It also supports a small number of substance misuse patients and dispensing approximately 20 community blister packs per week.
Who we’re looking for:
- A qualified Pharmacist with GPhC registration (or due to register before starting)
- MPharm degree (or equivalent)
- Management experience is helpful but not essential
- Someone with strong communication skills and a passion for patient care
