This isn’t just another Pharmacy Manager job. This is full operational leadership in one of Scotland’s busiest pharmacies.
We’re supporting a well known pharmacy group in Scotland in the search for an experienced, clinically confident Pharmacy Manager to lead a high-performing team through the next stage of its growth.
This branch handles over 23,000 items per month, has no care home workload, and operates with the support of 23 staff, including a structured team of Pharmacists, Pre-Reg Pharmacists, Accuracy Checkers, Dispensers, Counter Assistants, and Drivers all working within a modern, robot-assisted dispensing system.
It’s fast, it’s high-volume, and it demands a manager who thrives in a leadership role, not just someone who can keep up, but someone who sets the pace.
The Opportunity:
This is a chance to step into a fully autonomous leadership role, reporting directly to the Director and Head of Operations. You’ll be trusted to run the business day-to-day, with support from the central team for HR, recruitment, and finance, but the vision, pace, and standards will be yours to set.
Your focus will be on:
Elevating patient care – this is the key performance driver
Growing item volume and service offering
Optimising stock control and operations
Delivering NHS and private clinical services to the highest standard
Independent Prescribers - financially recognised for it every single month, not just with a title.

Who we’re looking for:
A GPhC registered Pharmacist with at least 5 years post-qualification experience
A proven leader with a minimum of 3 years in pharmacy management
A qualified Independent Prescriber (essential)
Someone who brings structure, energy, and clinical confidence
A strategist who understands how to scale services while putting patient experience first
