If you're a qualified NVQ Level 2 Pharmacy Dispenser looking for a fast-paced, career-building opportunity, this is the role for you.
We're supporting a busy Outpatients Pharmacy in Birmingham that’s looking to expand its team with a confident, detail-driven Dispenser. You’ll be working alongside experienced healthcare professionals in a setting where your skills are valued, your knowledge will grow quickly, and your progression is taken seriously.

What you’ll be doing:
- Dispensing prescriptions accurately in a high-volume setting
- Supporting day-to-day dispensary operations
- Carrying out dosage calculations with confidence and accuracy
- Keeping the pharmacy well-organised and stocked
- Collaborating with pharmacists and healthcare teams to deliver outstanding service
What we’re looking for:
- NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services
- Comfortable handling calculations and working under pressure
- Prior experience in Outpatients is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
- Reliable, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Based within a commutable distance to Birmingham
