  • Accuracy Checking Technician - Northampton
  • £35,000 - £36,000 PLUS shift allowance
  • Full-time, Monday - Friday, 2:00pm – 10:00pm
  • NO WEEKEND WORK

As one of a number of ACT’s working at this site, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Accuracy final checking of all Renal and HPN orders for prescription and pharmacy medicines and ancillary items before dispatch.
  • Maintain the required pharmacy dispensary records
  • Ensuring all patient details are correct and all orders are processed on time
  • Support pharmacy procedural activities with Pharmacists
  • Undertake Pharmacy Risk Assessments
  • Alert the Lead Pharmacist of incidents, quality of products
  • Collate daily errors and submit to the Senior Dispensers

 

What we’re looking for:

  • NVQ level 3
  • UK recognised or GPhC accredited Pharmacy Accuracy Checking
  • A registered Pharmacy Technician with the GPhc and completion of CPD
  • Detail orientated
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • Team player
  • Good administration skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Process-driven
