As a key member of their national pharmacy chain, you'll play a vital role in providing expert advice and medication to their patients.

What you'll do -
- Conduct medication reviews and consultations with patients
- Compilate additional pharmacy services such as flue vaccinations, smoking cessation support and medication management for chronic conditions
- Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently
- Provide advice on over-the-counter medication and healthcare concerns
- Build relationships with patients and the wider healthcare community
- Contribute to the overall success of the pharmacy by achieving targets
What you'll bring -
- GPHC Registration Pharmacist
- Minimum of 1 year's experience as a community pharmacist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for patient care
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
