We are seeking a driven and experienced Pharmacist Manager to join our established partner who are a regional pharmacy chain in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for a leader to take full accountability for a thriving pharmacy with excellent growth potential.
About the Position -
- Manage a well-established team including a second pharmacist, ACTs & Dispensers
- Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring efficient and compliant service delivery
- Deliver Pharmacy First services and actively seek opportunities to expand service offerings, particularly with the connected doctor's surgery
- Take full financial accountability for the performance of the pharmacy, driving profitability
- Motivate and develop your team, creating a positive and productive working environment
You'll be a great fit if you -
- Are a UK registered pharmacist with strong leadership and management experience
- Have a proven track record of success in a community pharmacy setting
- Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Are results-oriented and have a passion for delivering exceptional patient care
What They Offer -
- Salary of £58,000 - £60,000 per year
- Attractive quarterly management bonus scheme
- £1,000 welcome bonus paid in two instalments (after 3 months & 1 year)
- Full support from the Area Manager and Head Office team
