We've partnered up with one of Europe's leading companies that specialise in automated closed-loop medication and medical device traceability solutions.

This is an extremely exciting time to join this company as they are expanding their presence in the UK and replicate their huge success in Europe.

In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth transition of hospitals to their innovative Automatic Ward Cabinet system by delivering first-class training.

Here's what you'll do:

  • You will train pharmacy, nursing, and medical staff on operating their state-of-the-art system, empowering them to efficiently manage medications and medical devices.
  • Provide first-line support, including installation, configuration, and basic maintenance of hardware and software.
  • Collaborate with a well-structured team of Engineers, IT, and Healthcare professionals to maintain their robust computerised unit dose drug system.
  • Identify training needs within hospital staff members and support knowledge
  • Keep training materials up-to-date and engaging for different learning styles.
  • Participate in on-call rotas or shift work during implementation phases, offering real-time support and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Contribute to the team's success by performing other duties relevant to the role.

We're looking for someone with:

  • A minimum of 2 year of experience in a customer service or training role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse healthcare professionals.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • A passion for technology and a willingness to learn new systems.
  • The ability to confidently deliver training materials
  • The ability to work independently while also being a team player.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
